Three cottages and a boathouse are arranged on this island to form a small complex. The buildings are tucked into the forest at the rear and open up towards the lake. Large screened-in and exterior porches reflect the connection with the outdoors and lakefront focus that is important to this project. Detailed 3D renderings were created to convey design intent for the builder in this remote location.
