Willard Residence II was a renovation project encompassing the entire first floor and front porch spaces. The kitchen was fitted with custom millwork, a new island and included dining room storage. New lighting was incorporated throughout the home and a double door added just off of the dining room opening to the rear deck. The living room fireplace was refinished with glass mosaic tile and new flooring was added throughout the main floor and basement. We re-configured the basement staircase to increase room in the kitchen. Within the newly benched basement a family room, laundry, and updated washroom were provided for. The original open-air porch was reconfigured into an enclosed mudroom with additional closet space.
