St. Cecilia’s Church is over 100 years old, and located in the Junction neighbourhood of Toronto. It is a beautiful eclectic Gothic Revival structure that required some modern upgrades. We were commissioned to prepare preliminary designs and feasibility for converting the basement of this beautiful building into a fresh new Church Hall complete with elevator access, new washrooms, kitchen, lighting, air conditioning and structural work; as well as coordinating general exterior repairs to the masonry, new slate roof and entry stairs. Phase one exterior repairs are complete now and the exterior is looking bright and beautiful and water tight.
