Originally an empty industrial unit, our team worked to convert the space into an inviting and unique office. The client desired an open and intriguing design. The tall three-dimensional wall divider at the Lobby provides glimpses to the offices beyond. Glass walls with frosted films provide inter-office and boardroom privacy and transparency simultaneously.
The Client has a passion for coffee (shared by us) and cars. We incorporated a kitchenette housing a high-end espresso maker, sink, and custom cabinetry to support the adjacent boardroom. Additionally, the custom millwork in the staff kitchen allows space for four different coffee makers and the rear of the warehouse space accommodates the Owner’s personal car collection.
