Posted on Oct 2, 2017
Mary Ellen is a part of Toronto Lighting Collaborative – a group of lighting professionals from all areas of the profession of lighting, promoting lighting design in Toronto. In 2016 TLC started the initiative of creating installations for Nuit Blanche. This year’s installation “Disturbing Graffiti”, in Graffiti Alley downtown was a collaborative installation with Toronto artist group Studio F Minus.
With a group of  volunteer students and young professionals in the fields of lighting design, architecture, and interior design, TLC members and Studio F Minus the group created a site-specific lighting installation that illuminated features, public art, and buildings in Graffiti Alley.
