Having raised their family in the same home for over 30 years our clients reached out to us to revive their space and create an oasis within the city.  A rear addition of one and a half stories created high ceilings and opened up the kitchen and great room. This addition added a modern feel while complimenting the traditional style of the original 1920’s house. The master suite was redesigned and a sunroom and ipe deck over the new addition was added.

Running a catering business out of the home made re-visioning the kitchen spaces very important. The main kitchen was designed for family parties and entertaining while a working kitchen was designed on the lower level. The exterior design, in collaboration with Mark Hartley Landscape Architect, provides an outdoor oasis in which to swim, cook, eat and relax.
